    • Purchase receipt or invoice

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • In the event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Nanhey Nawab will bear the return shipping costs.
  • In such cases, we offer:
    • Replacement, exchange or an alternative suitable resolution
  • All claims regarding damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of receipt by contacting Nanhey Nawab Customer Support.
